Equpier AC 3000 Air Compressor

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]

This compressor is engineered around a horizontal steel air receiver tank, providing a stable base and significant air storage capacity. The pump is a dual-piston assembly, often made of cast iron for durability, which is directly coupled to an electric motor for efficient power transfer. Key features visible in the images include two pressure gauges (one for tank pressure, one for regulated output pressure), a pressure switch with an unloader valve, and a universal quick-connect coupler for air tools. Its horizontal orientation is excellent for stability and portability within a fixed workspace.

Key Features

• Twin-Cylinder Pump: Delivers higher air volume (CFM) compared to single-cylinder models, supporting more demanding tools.

• Horizontal Tank Design: Provides excellent stability and a lower center of gravity, ideal for shop environments.

• Oil-Lubricated: Designed for extended pump life, quieter operation, and better heat dissipation than oil-free compressors.

• Direct-Drive Motor: Efficiently transfers power to the pump with minimal maintenance.

• Dual Gauges: Allows for easy monitoring of stored tank pressure and adjustable working line pressure.

• Thermal Protection: Integrated motor protection to prevent overheating during heavy use (Standard on most US-market models).

Technical Specifications

Best Uses

• Automotive Work: Running impact wrenches, ratchets, and tire inflators.

• Painting: Operating medium-duty spray guns (e.g., gravity feed guns for touch-ups or small projects).

• Woodworking/Construction: Powering framing nailers, finish nailers, staplers, and blow guns for cleanup.

• General Workshop: Sandblasting, grinding with cut-off tools, and air-powered cleaning.

Best For

This compressor is best for the serious DIY hobbyist, small contractor, or small-to-medium automotive garage that requires a compressor that can handle intermittent use of high-demand tools (like impact wrenches) or continuous use of medium-demand tools (like nailers or die grinders) without frequent stops.
